What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship the cheapest route, using USPS and UPS. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
Did your prints arrive damaged? Please keep all packaging and contact me for further instructions within 30 days after delivery to replace your prints: paul@paulmicich.com

We guarantee the safety of your prints!
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We guarantee the quality of the prints. Any prints that don't live up to the quality of the original image will be replaced at no charge.
There is a 10% fee for any changes after the order is placed and before it is printed. Once the order is printed, no changes can be made without a 33% fee.
